Creators can ask you for a promo code or gear to test. A few settings keep the requests you get worth answering.

In Settings, turn on promo code requests, sample requests or both. Nothing comes in until you do, and you can turn either off again.
Creators read your note before they ask. Be specific and you'll get fewer requests that don't fit.
We love working with creators!
Samples for creators who post within 3 weeks of delivery. Codes for anyone in our program.
Approve a code request with the code, or decline it. For a sample, approve or decline, then add the tracking number when it ships so the creator sees updates.
Creators who wait a week usually move on to another brand. A quick no is better than no answer.
Posts shows every post that tags your gear and when it went live. Use it to see who followed through on a sample before you send the next one.
