From MidwayUSA
The Zeiss Long Balance Plate for the Carbon Fiber Professional Tripod gives you the versatility of balancing your optic on your tripod for better overall balance. When your spotting scope is at extreme angles it tends to fall because the weight of your optic is off balance, this plate helps fix that problem.
