Yellowstone Cutthroat Native Trout Hat

From Tenkara Rod Co.

The Yellowstone CutthroatNative to Yellowstone National Park and surrounding areas this fish can be found in Idaho Montana Utah Wyoming and Nevada. We love catching these fish because of how willing they are to eat dry flies. Watching them come up from the depths to slowly slurp up a dry fly is something everybody should get to experienceHabitat - Some populations of this fish especially within the park remain in good shape. While others have declined. One of the biggest threats to the Yellowstone Cutthroat is the introduction of non native sport fish like rainbow trout brook trout and brown trout.
