From Backcountry
The Yakima Tube Top adapts bike frames without top tubes so they fit Yakima ROC or GetAway bike mounts. The Tube Top creates a top tube for any bike that doesn't have one, including children's bikes, women's bikes, and Y frames, or casual beach cruisers. It does so with a simple connection that secures to the seatpost, and headtube to create a bar that braces across, allowing a top-tube free bike to mount on Yakima's ROC or Getaway mounts.
