What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “I like this rack for riders who want fewer compromises. The loading height feels natural, the trays keep bikes spaced well, and the tilt lever is easy to use even with bikes loaded. It’s solid, intuitive, and clearly designed for people who use their rack a lot.”When rides start and end at the car, the StepUp Full Featured Hitch Platform Bike Rack keeps the process smooth from curb to trailhead. Yakima designed this rack to make loading feel natural, lifting bikes just enough to stay secure without turning it into a chore. Whether we’re heading out before sunrise or packing up after a long day, everything about the setup feels deliberate and easy.
