Yakima EXO Top Shelf The Second Level EXO System Base If you have a Yakima EXO System and you want to double your hitch capacity, then you're in the right place. The Yakima EXO Top Shelf is a second tier of super accessible storage. This attaches to and requires an EXO Swing Base to create a second level that rotates 180deg relative to the EXO Swing Base for easy access to gear on the lower level or to set-up base camp mode. Accessories install in seconds using the tool-free EXO Cleat System with locking Speed Knobs. This includes 2 extra SKS lock cores for use with EXO accessories.
