Yakima Bait Mag Lip 2.5 Trolling Lure - Similar to the larger sizes of this now iconic lure, the Mag Lip 2.5 dives extra-deep while yielding an erratic, darting "skip-beat" action that produces savage strikes from fish, like trout, Kokanee, crappie, and walleye. And while this lure was designed for trolling, it can be cast and retrieved if a thin diameter line in combination with a spinning reel is employed; a method that is popular in rivers where swinging a plug through the holding water can produce savage strikes from fish waiting to ambush their prey. With its unique lip design and Flatfish action and diving depths, your trolling just became a whole lot more interesting.
