Unroasted Green Ka'u Wood Valley Coffee Grown just south of Kona in the district of Kau, this Wood Valley Single Estate Ka'u coffee is the very definition of specialty Hawaiian coffee, and is one the best Ka'u coffees we've had the pleasure to serve. The ripe red coffee cherry is hand - sorted and meticulously tended on a high elevation farm. The result is an intensely aromatic, syrupy sweet, and balanced cup.
