From Kings Camo
The construction of the Women&';s XKG Down Transition Pant exemplifies the performance qualities of the XKG Series and sets a new standard for lightweight and packable layering. Built with 135 grams of 650 fill waterproof down this pant has the best warmth to weight ratio of anything in the XKG line-up. This pant easily fits over any mid-layer piece and can be worn under any of our shell pieces for when conditions are at their toughest. Traditional down has its shortcomings when it gets wet - it loses all its lofting and insulating power and takes forever to dry.
