Rugged exterior fabric with adaptable weather-protection : The jacket's G-1000 and G-1000 Lite fabrics are a blend of recycled polyester and organic cotton. The densely woven fabrics are highly abrasion-resistant and wind-resistant. Though already providing excellent weather-resistance, the fabrics can be made almost completely waterproof with the use of Greenland Wax (sold separately). Environmentally-conscious synthetic insulation provides dependable, consistent warmth : Premium PrimaLoft Black RISE insulation is a lofty recycled polyester fill that resists compression to ensure an even distribution of warmth.
