Lightly insulated for everyday warmth the Fjallraven Women's Kiruna Padded Parka offers durable wind- and water-resistant construction and an extended length for a flattering style that performs year after year. The jacket's G-1000 fabric a blend of polyester and cotton is incredibly durable. It's highly abrasion-resistant UV-protective and so tightly woven that it even fends off insects. Its dense weave makes it highly wind-resistant and depending on how much wax is applied it can be made fully windproof. NOTE that additional Fjallraven Greenland Wax is sold separately and the jacket does require periodic waxing for optimal protective performance.
