Wiggins Dam Layout Field is located just north of Wiggins, Colorado. This layout field consists of roughly 120 acres of winter wheat, in the Central Flyway. It is placed in the middle of the notorious 'Golden Triangle', which lies between 3 large bodies of water that hold big numbers of birds. Hunters should keep in mind that though this property has dynamite location, it is not the "X". Being surrounded by corn, Wiggins Dam will not be the first choice for geese to feed in, and the hunt will be more of hunting traffic birds, than hunting the main feed. However, with good brushing of blinds and a well-set decoy spread, hunters will still find success pulling birds.
