Professionals experience the problems caused by using dull knives every day. The all-new VSharp Pro Sharpening Station is your solution. It uses the patented V-Sharp system and three (3) A4 units on a rotating base to quickly and easily sharpen your knives without having to make adjustments for angle or grit. It is the perfect diamond knife sharpener for taxidermists, butchers, restaurants, and commercial applications. Start with a 270 grit extra coarse hone to re-establish the edge, make 10 swipes on the second sharpener with the 600 grit medium hone to finely tune the edge, and finish the blade off on the third sharpener equipped with the ceramic hones.
