Vittoria Mezcal III XC Trail 29" Tire When XC Gets Rough XC riders who regularly find rocks, roots, and unpredictable terrain on their routes need a tire that can roll fast without leaving them exposed. The Mezcal XC Trail is that tire. The continuous center tread keeps momentum up on smooth sections, and the siped offset extensions add climbing grip and braking bite when the trail turns technical. Directional siping on the shoulder knobs delivers predictable cornering grip so you can carry speed through every turn. The XC Trail casing adds a layer of sidewall protection over the standard XC Race casing, giving you the extra durability insurance that longer, gnarlier rides demand.
