From Backcountry
The Vision SC 45 i23 Wheelset carries a 45mm carbon rim with a 23mm internal width, sized to today's wider tubeless road tires. Spokes lace in a 2:1 aero bladed pattern, 21 up front and 24 in the rear, running to direct-pull hubs. Inside, a pawl-type freehub and pressure caps sit alongside six sealed cartridge bearings, two up front and four in the rear. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I mount a 28mm tubeless tire and the wider bed lets it sit true to its width instead of ballooning out round like some narrower rims force it to. Cornering grip stays predictable right up to the edge of the tire. Rolling feels smoother across chip seal instead of skittering from seam to seam."
