The RACE DEEPWINTER bib tight is the result of a long development process: we wanted everything to be perfect to enable cyclists to face the coldest days. Developing new technologies takes time, especially if the goal is ambitious: maximum thermal capacity, protection from external elements, unparalleled comfort over long distances. We started by analysing the position of the cyclist on the bike. In the most exposed areas (tibia, gluteus and quadriceps) we used a fabric bonded with our waterproof and high elastic MEMBRAIN115 membrane and, on the inner surface, our exclusive bodymapped BUFFERCONE structure that traps body heat creating an insulating layer.
