From Sportsman's Guide
The TowSmart 7-Way Blade to 4 or 5-Way Flat Trailer Light Wiring Adapter is the quickest and easiest way to make electrical connections when hauling a trailer that has a different wiring configuration than the vehicle. This adapter is ideal for trailers that require a 4/5-way flat connection but have a 7-way blade towing vehicle. The adapter connects tail lights, brake lights, turn signals and reverse lights. The single housing design plugs into your vehicle's electrical socket and requires no wiring. It provides an ergonomic, durable plastic construction that is corrosion-resistant to withstand extreme weather. For the safest towing, ensure all functions are properly equipped.
