Tool Blade can be used to upgrade almost any backpack for the attachment of modern ice axes and ice tools. Its position on the pack can be freely selected which is a great advantage over fixed attachment systems. Tool Blade consists of three components: the aluminum blade elastic attachment cord and the threading cord for ease of use with gloves and mitts. The elastic cord allows universal mounting on any daisy chain or webbing loop on the outside of the pack.
