This is a limited run of five Thomas & Thomas Exocett Bluewater 15/16wt 8&';4" fly rods built with different hardware than the standard production model. The reel seat is not the standard Exocett Bluewater seat. The photos show these exact rods. Once these five are gone they&';re gone. The Exocett Bluewater is a big game rod built for prolonged vertical fights with the largest fish in the ocean. The 15/16wt is rated for 600-750 grain lines and casts floating intermediate and sinking lines. Blank The Exocett Bluewater uses a progressive loading blank that combines proprietary carbon and S-glass layups in each section.
