From Backcountry

The ThirtyTwo T32M Mitten is an insulated winter mitten for the days when snow falls wet and stays that way. Its 100% recycled shell is rated 20K for waterproofing and 20K for breathability, and taped seams close off the stitching around 100 grams of Thinsulate Featherless insulation. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The side zip frees my fingers for small jobs like clearing a stuck zipper pull or fishing a trail map out of a pocket. The rest of the mitten stays closed around my palm, so it never comes off. Zipping up drops my hand straight back into the insulation."
