From Backcountry
The Powstar Jacket builds its shell to match where the wear actually happens, with a lighter DryVent 2L fabric through the main body and a heavier weight reinforcing the hood, chest, back, and elbows. Heatseeker Advanced insulation follows the same logic, running 100 grams through the body and hood and dropping to 80 grams in the sleeves so arms stay mobile instead of stiff. Stretch cuffs with FlashDry round out the build, keeping the fit relaxed through the body without losing the trim, fast feel a resort day calls for. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I went down hard in deep powder and came up with dry wrists and a dry waist, no snow packed in anywhere.
