From Backcountry
The Montana Mitt leans on the way mittens trap heat, backing that up with 300 grams of Heatseeker insulation on the back of the hand and 160 grams in the palm, more than its glove counterpart carries anywhere on the hand. A waterproof DryVent shell and insert keep that warmth dry through wet snow, while a soft polar fleece lining adds another layer of comfort against the skin. It's built for the coldest days on the mountain, when a glove's extra dexterity matters less than keeping every finger warm. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I can cinch the wrist strap with one mitt already on, so I'm not stripping down to bare hands halfway up the chairlift just to fix my fit."
