What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve worn the Dynamic 1/4-Zip Hoodie on everything from fast hikes to weekend travel. It’s breathable, stretches with me, and doesn’t bag out after use. The quarter zip helps with temp control and the fabric dries super quick. It’s also surprisingly tough—perfect for scrambling or moving through brush."For early starts, uphill pushes, and high-output pursuits, we pull on the Dynamic 1/4-Zip Hoodie from The North Face. Lightweight yet durable, this versatile layer is built with FLASHDRY-XD™ tech that wicks moisture, dries fast, and resists snags when we're brushing past branches or hauling gear on technical terrain.
