What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve worn these on everything from storm days to spring laps. They’re warm without being bulky, and the venting is genuinely effective on warmer afternoons. The adjustable waist is a big help for dialing fit when layering changes."When the forecast calls for fresh snow and cold chairlift rides, we pull on the Chakal Pant from The North Face to settle in for a full day on the hill. The DryVent membrane shields us from swirling flakes and windblown powder, while the recycled insulation keeps our legs warm during slower lifts, early-morning tours, or those patient moments strapping in with the team.
