What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve dragged this thing through airports, loading docks, and gravel lots, and the chassis barely shows it. The wheels roll smoother than most expedition duffels I’ve used, and the internal layout makes overpacking way too easy. It’s the bag I trust for big trips."The Base Camp Rolling Thunder 36L Bag from The North Face steps in when the trip ahead calls for dependable transport and more gear than we’d like to admit. On long routes through terminals, into truck beds, or across rough ground toward the next stop, the hard-shell chassis and oversized wheels smooth out the bumps so we can focus on the journey, not the bag behind us.
