What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve been using the Altamesa 500 V2 for easy days and mid-length trail runs, and the DREAM foam really is as soft and lively as advertised. The wide platform keeps things stable on uneven ground, and the 4mm lugs grip surprisingly well on softer trails without feeling grabby on packed dirt. It’s one of the smoother daily trainers I’ve used."We reach for the Altamesa 500 V2 Trail Running Shoe from The North Face when we want a smooth, cushioned run across rolling dirt paths, forest connectors, and mellow singletrack.
