What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I carry this as my do-everything rain shell. It’s light, vents well on humid climbs, and the DryVent membrane has held up through plenty of downpours. The fit leaves room for a midlayer without feeling bulky, which makes it a great three-season option."We pull on the Alta Vista Jacket when the weather looks uncertain but the trail still calls. Its 2. 5-layer DryVent membrane blocks steady rain and sharp wind, giving us confidence to keep moving even as conditions shift. The lightweight build feels easy to wear from the first mile to the last, and the hip-length cut offers a clean, functional fit that works just as well around town.
