From Trident Fly Fishing
The St. Croix Tannic Musky/Pike Fly Rod is your dedicated tool for the relentless pursuit of apex predators. Weve all been there: shoulders burning after hours of chucking water-logged flies the size of a small bird only to have a follow-up eat happen feet from the boat. This rod was born from that exact moment. It leverages a unique carbon fiber blend and a purpose-driven taper that dramatically reduces casting fatigue without sacrificing the raw power needed to punch out massive streamers and execute a perfect figure-eight.
