Spyderco Kitchen Mini Paring Plain Edge Fixed Blade Knife 2.24in MBS-26 Stainless Steel Blade Sheepsfoot Blade Polypropylene Black Handle K09PBK. One of the reasons a scalpel is so perfectly suited for detailed and fine cutting is that it offers a handle larger than its cutting edge for masterful control and purchase over a keen and finely honed blade. This is the same idea behind Spyderco's Pro Culinaire Mini Paring Knife. First in line for artsy food preparation such as: precision slicing pitting peeling and paring. MBS-26 blade is flat-ground from heel to tip and ends in a downward semi-flexible point.
