From McLaren Bikes
From sketch to final design the new McLaren Sport 600 electric bike is a translation of McLaren&&';;s automotive legacy to the world&';s most powerful trail-legal electric mountain bike. Built around a best-in-class 600W mid-drive motor that produces 161Nm of torque this hardtail frame was sculpted over more than 1 000 hours by McLaren designers. Artists in carbon the McLaren team perfected the design through painstaking Class A surface development a level of craftsmanship rarely seen outside the automotive world. Powering the 600W motor is a removable 48V 14.5Ah (720Wh) battery that stows inside the downtube of the frame.
