From Sportsman's Guide
The Snugpak(R) Scorpion(TM) uses a "fly-first" design, allowing you to quickly setup your weather protection before hanging the inner tent elements. 5,000mm rainfly keeps out wind, rain and snow, while venting away moisture and preventing condensation. Ready for camping across all 4 seasons. A favorite among mountaineers, climbers, campers and military personnel. Snugpak(R) is a long-standing supplier of government and defense contracts. A well-earned reputation for quality has led to its products being used across every inhabited continent.
