What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “These are legit glacier glasses that don’t feel overkill once you’re off snow. The photochromic lens adapts smoothly in changing light, and the side shields make a huge difference in reflective terrain. The AutoLock hinges are clutch when you’ve got poles or an ice tool in hand.” We reach for the Venture ChromaPop Photochromic Sunglasses when the terrain turns alpine and the light gets serious. Smith designed these as a modern take on glacier glasses, blending real mountain protection with a clean, wearable round style that doesn’t feel out of place once the day winds down.
