The Smith Vantage MIPS is an excellent helmet for ladies looking for superior protection in a lightweight and well ventilated helmet. The Women's Vantage has MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) that uses a low-friction interior liner that can rotate in an oblique impact to absorb the blow, rather than transfer it onto your brain. Smith's Aerocore Construction has Koroyd that provides extra energy absorption by being able to crumple on impact to absorb energy rather than pass it on to your head. Aerocore also reduces the total weight of the helmet.
