The Smith Code MIPS is an excellent helmet for skiers and snowboarders looking for extra protection and style. The Code has Aerocore Construction that uses Koroyd inside the shell of the helmet. Aerocore reduces the total weight of the helmet and adds more impact protection by being able to crumple on impact. Equipped with MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) the Code has an inner liner that can rotate upon impact to absorb some of the impact instead of transferring it onto your brain. The adjustable Boa 360 Fit System has a dial located on the back of the helmet that gets the fit just right with a few couple of turns.
