From Fishermans Marine

Quiet windproof and adaptable the Stratus Jacket 2.0 is the total solution for tree stand hunts. Engineered with WINDSTOPPERA(R) by GORE-TEX Labs to halt wind in its tracks the Stratus Jacket 2.0 is comfortable enough to wear solo during the milder weather of the mid-season or layer with insulation for the cold fronts of late-season. We paired this advanced windproof technology with a brushed face fabric that allows for an ultra-quiet experience when drawing a bow or shifting your position and it&&';;s engineered with the Constant-Connect safety harness port to ensure you&&';;re always locked into the stand.
