From Fishermans Marine
Delivering an industry benchmark for versatility performance and value the Shimano SLX A Baitcasting Reels are a true workhorse option for the weekend warrior or pro angler alike. Its compact profile and light weight are due to the reels metal Hagane Body giving superior strength and impact resistance. Virtually all reel flex is eliminated giving the angler a more complete power transmission with every turn of the handle. Moving over from Shimano&';s top tier casting reels their premium Silent Tune Technology applies slight pressure to the bearing holding the spool.
