What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "Running the 27. 5in DEORE XT wheels on my all-mountain bike has been awesome—they’re snappy in tight turns, and the hub’s fast engagement really pays off on punchy terrain. The wide rim gives my 2. 5in tires a perfect shape, and they’ve stayed true after weeks of rough trail time."For riders chasing flow through tight switchbacks and technical lines, the Shimano DEORE XT 27. 5in Wheelset delivers the precision and strength we need. Each wheel is built around Shimano’s 30mm internal width alloy rim—ideal for modern trail tires—and connected with stainless steel spokes for responsive control on demanding trails.
