Shimano's Deore RD-M7230 11-speed LINKGLIDE rear derailleur is built for E-MTB use, where smooth shifting under motor load is the primary demand. SHADOW ES chain stabilization, a wedge-shaped low-profile body, and a steel pulley cage deliver trail durability that we can trust, even with the slimmer stabilizer. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"LINKGLIDE keeps the shifts smooth when the motor is putting out peak torque on a long climb. The steel cage and wide link structure mean the derailleur is still working properly at the end of a hard day."
