Features a front mount adjustment screw allowing easy adjustment without having to disassemble the rail mount brackets. Designed to fit 7/8" to 1" diameter tubing. A leash on the rod and/or reel is recommended when using rail mount rod holders. Constructed of corrosion resistant formed and cast 316 stainless steel with black plastic end cap.
