What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore the Crux Approach Shoe on a full day linking up a long trail approach with a moderate scramble in the Cascades, and the Vibram Megagrip outsole was confidence-inspiring on both wet slab and loose talus in a way that most approach shoes just are not. The lace-to-toe design gave me a noticeably more locked-in feel on technical sections where foot precision actually matters."The trail ends where the rock begins, and that transition is where the Scarpa Crux Approach Shoe lives.
