What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The Tallboy platform changed enough that the first descent felt like I was on a whole new bike. The four-bar suspension absorbs square-edge hits that would have kicked the previous generation off line, and the steeper seat tube keeps me pushing efficiently on the way back up rather than spinning out over the front wheel."Why We Like ItSanta Cruz moved to a four-bar platform after testing 16 different suspension configurations, resulting in a leverage curve that stays linear and consistent throughout the travel rather than building progressively in ways that can make a bike feel harsh mid-stroke.
