From Backcountry

The Santa Cruz Blur Deore picks up 10 additional millimeters of travel this generation, and the extra travel arrives with a more progressive leverage curve that ramps up support through the last third of the stroke. Santa Cruz opened up the geometry, pairing a slacker head angle and steeper seat angle with a longer reach that lets the Blur hold its line through rougher sections without giving up the pedaling efficiency the platform is known for. A shorter seat tube and lower bottom bracket round out a Blur that feels more capable everywhere, not just on race day.
