Salsa Chainstay Strike Plate Description: The Salsa Chainstay Strike Plate is a factory replacement component that can be used to replace a damaged or missing strike plate on a 2019+ Salsa Beargrease V2 fat tire mountain bike. This lightweight alloy plate is designed to fit behind the chainring on the drive-side chainstay, and it will prevent the chain or other impacts from scratching and/or damaging the carbon fiber frame. Note: This part DOES NOT INCLUDE adhesive tape or glue to attach this to the frame. Salsa recommends 3M's Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP105 -or- 3M VHB 4905 Tape to attach this strike plate to the frame.
