From Trident Fly Fishing

Sage&';s all-new SHIFT Reel is made for anglers who demand versatility out of their reel-the angler who covers multiple fisheries species and water types across all 12 months of the year. Designed to cover everything from technical tributary trout to ocean-side tarpon patrols the SHIFT blends classic styling with the modern performance Sage is known for. At its core is Sage&';s trusted SCS Drag system upgraded with enhanced sealing and tuned by size to match the demands of each application. A lightweight large-arbor profile cold-forged construction and a precise one-revolution drag knob make the SHIFT an easy reel to fish hard and quickly adjust during unpredictable fights.
