From Backcountry
Short of losing the reel altogether and taking the Tenkara route, the Sage Click Fly Reel has to be the easiest way to simplify your trout setup. Its lightweight, fully machined aerospace-grade aluminum will balance well with your lightweight rod, while the click and pawl drag will take you back to the days when fly fishing was strictly a top-water pursuit. The beautiful thing about the Click is the combination of a click and pawl drag and large arbor, which combines that classic click and pawl feel with the quick line retrieve of a modern, large arbor reel.
