From Thunder Mountain Bikes

At the heart of every Eagle AXS drivetrain sits a derailleur that delivers complete control and confident shifting bringing World Championship-winning performance to any bike through its trusted wireless system. AXS connectivity makes setup effortless while seamless integration and customization with other AXS components keep everything working in harmony. Built to look after itself the Eagle AXS derailleur features an Overload Clutch that disengages the motor gearbox on impact allowing the derailleur to move freely before snapping straight back into position all without interrupting the ride.
