Ruffwear Swamp Cooler Harness

From Campmor

The Swamp Cooler Harness is an all-in-one cooling solution for dogs exploring in hot conditions. This harness integrates our Swamp Cooler(TM) evaporative cooling tech with Ruffwear&';s reliable multi-use body harness platform. Simply soak the harness before letting your dog wear it. Throughout the outing you can refresh it-just pour water from a bottle or dip in a stream to restore its cooling effect. As the water in the harness evaporates it draws heat from your dog&&';;s body surface-much like sweat cooling us-creating a significant surface temperature drop.
