This is an optional RPM Mud Flap & Number Plate Kit, and is intended for use with the Associated SC10. The RPM Mud Flaps and Number Plate kit is designed to add that element of scale realism you love, but yet retain the versatility to remove the mud flaps when they're not needed. Each kit complements the RPM 70122 and 70125 SC10 2wd Rear Bumpers perfectly. As everyone knows, every full sized short course truck racing today has a rear number plate (a feature not yet found on any current R/C short course vehicle) so it was only natural that the RPM SC10 2wd Rear Bumper should have that option as well (number decals not included).
