From Twisted Throttle
The RotopaX DLX Pack Mount allows easier tightening and loosening with a dual T handle design that enhances convenience when adding or removing containers. Hardened anodized aluminum construction provides ample strength to carry your water fuel and cargo. If you didn't guess the DLX stands for "Deluxe" as this mount is superior to the basic mount as it is more user friendly and recommended if you plan to remove your packs regularly. Install onto any flat surface with the provided hardware and bracket or add an optional mounting plate like the L-Bracket or Universal mounting plate.
