From Sportsman's Guide
These Romanian Military Rain Pants offer a dependably breathable, yet 100% waterproof, barrier against everything from occasional showers to sustained downpours. Elastic waist and snap-adjustable side belts dial in your ideal fit. Side pass-through pockets let you access your regular pants pockets underneath without exposing yourself to the elements. Pack them into the included carry bag and clip it to your belt for grab-and-go convenience. What's the secret behind these Pants' advanced waterproof/breathable capabilities? A GORE-TEX tri-laminate fabric stops rain yet allows body moisture to evaporate naturally.
